Snowpack assessment: The snow cover is still adequate for the season. Thin snowpack on south-facing slopes, in the form of snow patches. On the Maniccia, at 2400 m altitude in the Rotondo massif, a snow height of 12 cm is recorded. Skiable snow limit: around 2000 to 2100 m on North-facing slopes, rare snow patches on South-facing slopes. Snow condition: Compression and melting continue and accelerate with the sun and heat. Snow of névé type, dense, non-refrozen, but bearing in the early morning. The snow is heavy and wet on sunny slopes in the afternoon.
